Rivet Shelving System
Rivet Shelving System is a boltless, rivet-lock storage solution designed for fast assembly and reliable performance in warehouses, offices, and retail backrooms. The shelf beams lock into place without nuts and bolts, allowing quick setup and easy reconfiguration as inventory changes.
Why Choose Rivet Shelving System?
Boltless Rivet-Lock Design
Rivet beams lock into punched uprights without nuts and bolts, creating a rigid frame while keeping assembly fast and tool-minimal.
Double-Rivet Beam Strength
Rivet beams engage uprights at two rivet points, distributing load for a stronger frame and reduced sway—no nuts, bolts, or cross-bracing required.
Versatile Decking Options
Configure each shelf with particleboard or steel decking to match the application—smooth deck for bins and cartons, rugged steel for harsher environments.
Adjustable Heights
Shelves can be repositioned easily to accommodate items of different sizes. The modular structure allows flexible configuration and the ability to add or remove levels as storage needs change.

How It Works
1.
Assemble the Upright Frame
The upright posts are positioned vertically and aligned according to the required shelving height. The frame structure forms the primary load bearing support of the system.
2.
Rivet-Beam Connection
Insert the double-rivet beams into the upright slots and tap them into place with a mallet. The rivet-heads lock under the steel shelf supports, creating a rigid frame without nuts and bolts.
3.
Install Decking
Lay your decking panels onto the rivet beams—choose particleboard decks for economy or steel shelf panels for heavier loads. Ensure all panels sit fully over the beam seats for even load transfer.
4.
Adjustable Heights
Shelves can be repositioned easily to accommodate items of different sizes. The modular structure allows flexible configuration and the ability to add or remove levels as storage needs change.
