Long Span Racking
Long Span Racking is a modular shelving and storage solution for hand-loaded items, cartons, and bulky materials that do not require pallet handling. Designed for warehouses, manufacturing stores, and distribution environments, it combines high load capacity with adjustable shelf levels to accommodate changing SKU sizes. With heavy-duty uprights, load-bearing beams, and optional deck panels, Long Span Racking provides clear access for picking while maximizing floor space utilization. The system is easy to configure, relocate, or expand as your storage requirements grow, making it ideal for medium-duty industrial storage applications.
Why Choose Long Span Racking?
Boltless Assembly
Tool-free beam locking cuts installation time and supports fast reconfiguration.
Adjustable Shelf Pitch
Change beam levels in small increments to match SKU height and improve picking ergonomics.
Decking Flexibility
Supports steel panels, chipboard or wire mesh decking for load distribution, ventilation and hygiene.
Suitable for Deep-Reach Forklifts
Designed to work with specialized forklifts capable of reaching pallets stored in the second row.

How It Works
1.
Install Upright Frames
Heavy-duty steel upright frames are installed to create the structural backbone of the racking system.
2.
Attach Horizontal Beams
Beams are connected between frames to form pallet storage levels.
3.
Store Pallets Two Rows Deep
Pallets are placed in two rows per rack position, increasing storage density.
4.
Retrieve Using Deep-Reach Forklifts
Specialized forklifts are used to access pallets stored in the second row.
