Carton Flow Racking
Carton Flow Racking is a dynamic FIFO (First-In, First-Out) storage system for cartons, totes, and case-packed inventory. Gravity-fed roller tracks move product from the loading side to the picking face, keeping stock continuously available. This setup reduces picker travel, improves order accuracy, and increases throughput in distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail fulfillment environments. Modular lanes and adjustable racks make it easy to configure for different carton sizes. With an efficient flow-through design and heavy-duty framework, carton flow racking maximizes storage density while ensuring fast, ergonomic picking.
Why Choose Carton Flow Racking?
FIFO Stock Rotation
Ensures first-loaded cartons are picked first, improving freshness control and reducing inventory aging.
High-Speed Picking
Front picking access reduces travel time and increases throughput in carton and case-pick operations.
Space-Efficient Storage
High-density carton lanes maximize storage capacity while keeping product easily accessible for picking.
Lower Handling Effort
Gravity flow reduces manual handling and minimizes forklift movements, improving safety and productivity.

How Carton Flow Racking Works
1.
Load Cartons at Rear
Replenishment staff load cartons or totes into the rear of the inclined roller lanes for FIFO picking.
2.
Gravity-Feed Movement
Cartons glide forward along roller lanes using gravity, delivering stock to the picking face in a controlled FIFO flow.
3.
Pick from Front
Pickers retrieve cartons from the front picking face for fast, accurate order fulfillment.
4.
Continuous Replenishment
As cartons are picked, the next items advance automatically, allowing continuous picking while replenishment happens from the rear.
