Drive-Through Racking
Drive-through pallet racking is a high-density FIFO system that lets forklifts load pallets from one aisle and retrieve them from the opposite aisle through guided storage lanes. Heavy-duty uprights, horizontal bracing and steel guide rails stabilize the structure and control pallet placement. Pallet stops at the discharge end help prevent over-travel and support repeatable pallet positioning. This configuration maximizes pallet positions per square metre while maintaining fast throughput for bulk SKUs, especially in operations with high volume and consistent pallet sizes.
Why Choose Drive-Through Pallet Racking?
FIFO Pallet Handling
Drive-through lanes allow pallets to be loaded from one aisle and retrieved from the opposite aisle, enabling first-in/first-out inventory rotation.
High-Density Storage Lanes
Deep-lane drive-through racking minimizes aisle space and increases pallet positions within the same footprint.
Heavy-Duty Rails & Stops
Steel uprights, load rails and pallet stops engineered for repeated forklift entry with controlled pallet positioning.
Efficient Forklift Access
Lane geometry and clear entry/exit points support safe, repeatable forklift travel and fast pallet turnover.

How It Works
1.
Install Uprights & Lane Guides
Install heavy-duty uprights and floor-anchored guide rails to form the drive-through lanes.
2.
Fit Load Rails & Pallet Stops
Mount load rails on the upright frames and fit pallet stops to control pallet positioning.
3.
Load Pallets from Entry Aisle
Drive into the lane from the loading aisle and place pallets onto the rails.
4.
Retrieve from Exit Aisle (FIFO)
Unload pallets from the opposite aisle for FIFO rotation and fast order picking.
