Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking is designed to store long, bulky and irregular loads—such as pipes, timber, steel sections and sheet goods—without front uprights blocking access. Adjustable arms, modular column heights and optional single- or double-sided configurations make cantilever racking ideal for warehouses, fabrication plants and yards needing flexible, high-capacity storage with fast picking access.

Why Choose Cantilever Racking?

Open-Front Access

No front columns—ideal for storing long loads like pipes, timber, and sheet materials.

Adjustable Arm Levels

Set arm heights to match product sizes and maximize vertical space.

High Load Capacity

Engineered for heavy-duty industrial loads with rated arm and column capacities.

Single & Double-Sided Layouts

Use single-sided runs against walls or double-sided aisles to maximize storage density.

How It Works

1.

Install Upright Frames

Heavy-duty steel upright frames are installed to create the structural backbone of the racking system.

2.

Attach Horizontal Beams

Beams are connected between frames to form pallet storage levels.

3.

Store Pallets Two Rows Deep

Pallets are placed in two rows per rack position, increasing storage density.

4.

Retrieve Using Deep-Reach Forklifts

Specialized forklifts are used to access pallets stored in the second row.
